We inform you that the service provider \u2013 as data controller \u2013\u00a0<strong>asset protection<\/strong>\u00a0uses an electronic surveillance system for this purpose, which allows direct observation, image recording and storage. \u00a0<strong>The cameras operating at the service provider&#039;s accommodations are aimed at the following areas:<\/strong><\/p><p>Rooms monitored by camera:<\/p><ol><li><em>\u00a0Monitoring the main entrance (gate) of the house.<\/em><\/li><\/ol><p>The scope of the data processed: facial images of guests and other affected persons caught in the cameras&#039; field of view, without voice or other personal data.<\/p><p>The camera system operates 24 hours a day.<\/p><p>We inform you that the recording of images and audio recordings for the operation of the electronic surveillance system is carried out on the basis of express consent pursuant to Section 30 (2) of the Szvtv., for the purpose of proving violations of law in order to protect property, as detailed below. We draw your attention to the fact that it is considered as express consent to data processing if you are in the area monitored by the camera with knowledge of this information.<\/p><p><strong>3. Legal basis for this data processing:<\/strong>\u00a0the enforcement of the legitimate interests of the data controller.<\/p><p><strong>4. Storage time:\u00a0<\/strong>The recorded recordings may be retained for a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days if not used. Use is considered to be when the recorded image and other personal data are intended to be used as evidence in court or other official proceedings.<\/p><p><strong>5. Storage location:<\/strong>\u00a0the registered office of the data controller.<\/p><p><strong>6. Those entitled to view the recording are:<\/strong>\u00a0In addition to those authorized by law, accommodation operators are entitled to view the data recorded by the electronic surveillance system for the purpose of detecting violations and monitoring the operation of the system.<\/p><p><strong>7. The data transferred may include recordings made by the camera system containing relevant information, as well as the names of persons who may appear in the recordings.<\/p><p><strong>8.
