House Rules / Guest Information

We warmly welcome you to the AlittA Guesthouse!

In these house rules, we would like to introduce you to the services of AlittA Guesthouse and help you make your time with us as pleasant as possible.

Please read the rules carefully and adhere to them.

AlittA Guesthouse can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. Missing days can be booked by arrangement.

The ideal accommodation is 2–4 people. The prices include the final cleaning fee and unlimited use of the wellness area.

No more people than the booked number may stay at the AlittA Guesthouse.

It is not allowed to receive guests at the property.

Failure to comply with the policy may result in financial and legal consequences.

AlittA Guesthouse*** is available 24 hours a day.

Payment

In this case, we can only accept cash or a transfer to an account.

The accommodation fee is payable on the day of arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

Arrival / Departure

The AlittA Guesthouse can be occupied from 2:00 p.m. We welcome guests personally.

Please leave the AlittA Guesthouse by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Departure after 10 am is possible by arrangement and for an additional fee.

Please hand over the keys to the owner. In case of loss, the guest is responsible for paying the key copying fee and any costs incurred.

Safety regulations

Please follow the regulations for safety.

Smoking is not allowed in the entire area of AlittA Guesthouse.

To avoid fires, we ask that you only light fires in the designated fire pit at AlittA Guesthouse.

The use of candles and tealights is not permitted.

Always unplug electrical appliances after use. For example: razors, phone chargers, grills, etc.

Always close the gate and the door of the house when leaving or arriving during the day, wherever you go.

We do not assume responsibility for imported valuables.

Safe

The safe in the closet offers a safe solution for storing your valuables, and is free to use.

AlittA Guesthouse is not responsible for valuables and cash left in the room.

For those arriving by car, AlittA Guesthouse provides parking for 2 cars, monitored by cameras.

Cleaning

For stays longer than a week, cleaning is done once a week, with a change of bed linen and towels, free of charge.

For reservations lasting several days, daily cleaning can be requested, upon request and for a fee.

The jacuzzi and infrared sauna undergo daily cleaning every morning.

Order and cleanliness

AlittA Guesthouse must be left in the same condition as it was received upon arrival.

Please be sure to maintain order and cleanliness.

Protect the plants and trees in the garden.

The use of open flames, candles, and tealights other than fire pits is prohibited at all times.

Do not take indoor furnishings and household items out into the garden or terrace.

Non-smoking guesthouse

Smoking is prohibited at all times in the AlittA Guesthouse and the entire courtyard.

If you still wish to smoke, you may do so only in the designated area.

Disturbance of the peace

Stag or hen parties, parties, events, and any business activities are prohibited in the guesthouse.

Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors.

In all cases, please refrain from making noise or being loud after 8:00 PM.

Failure to comply with the rules of silence at AlittA Guesthouse will result in expulsion and legal consequences.

Jacuzzi

There is a jacuzzi in the courtyard, unlimited use of which is included in the price.

The jacuzzi is suitable for sitting and lying down use.

  • Jumping and jumping into it is strictly prohibited.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed in the jacuzzi.
  • It is strictly forbidden to pour anything into it.
  • The jacuzzi is only used at your own risk.
  • Never leave a child alone in the jacuzzi without supervision.
  • It is recommended to shower before using the jacuzzi.
  • Bathing for 15 minutes occasionally, maximum 30 minutes, is recommended.
  • Always close the jacuzzi lid after use to save energy.
  • Always make sure to turn it off after use.
  • Improper use will result in financial liability.

The jacuzzi has a self-cleaning function, so it cannot be used every day from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Hot tub

There is a tub bath in the courtyard, which can be used for a fee.

The tub bath is suitable for sitting use.

  • Jumping and jumping into it is strictly prohibited.
  • Eating and drinking are prohibited in the hot tub.
  • It is strictly forbidden to pour anything into it.
  • You may use the hot tub only at your own risk.
  • Never leave a child alone in the hot tub without supervision.
  • It is recommended to shower before using the hot tub.
  • Always close the lid of the container after use.
  • Always make sure to turn it off after use.
  • Improper use will result in financial liability.

Sauna

There is a two-person infrared sauna in the courtyard, which is included in the price.

  • You may use the infrared sauna only at your own risk.
  • It is forbidden to bring food and drinks.
  • It is recommended to take a sauna bath for 15 minutes occasionally, with a maximum of 30 minutes.
  • When using the sauna, always use a towel for personal hygiene.
  • Always make sure to turn off the sauna after use.
  • Improper use will result in financial liability.

Fitness equipment

There is an elliptical machine and a treadmill in the yard free of charge to help you maintain a healthy life.

Please use the equipment for its intended purpose. The machines may only be used at your own risk.

Internet

Free wireless internet is available to our guests at the AlittA Guesthouse.

You can request the password from the owner of AlittA Guesthouse.

Climate / Air conditioning

There is an air conditioner in the house. The use of the air conditioner is subject to a fee.

Please inquire about our current prices from the owner of AlittA Guesthouse.

Use only at your own risk. Please close the door and window during use.

It is recommended to switch to fan mode for 30 minutes before turning off the air conditioner.

Heating

The AlittA Guesthouse has gas boiler heating. The gas boiler is located in an external room.

Temperature control is done by a thermostat during the heating season.

Please close the door and window during use for energy efficiency.

Well

There is an old well in the yard. Opening or turning it is strictly prohibited to protect physical safety and avoid accidents.

Fire starter

There is a barbecue pit in the yard. Fires can only be lit in the pit.

Never leave a fire unattended. When you are finished using it, douse it with water and make sure the fire is no longer burning.

Only light a fire when there is no wind so as not to endanger others.

Firewood or charcoal can be requested from the owner of AlittA Guesthouse for a fee.

Pharmacy

AlittA Guesthouse does not have any medicine.

If you need medicine, please contact the owner of AlittA Guesthouse with confidence, who will be happy to direct you to the nearest pharmacy, which is only 150 meters away.

Taxi / Transfer

If you need a taxi or transfer, please ask the owner of AlittA Guesthouse for more information and prices, who will be happy to help you.

Television

You can turn on the television with the remote control. The television has a basic selection of channels.

Radio

You can listen to the radio through the television.

Towel change

AlittA Guesthouse will change towels upon request, for a fee.

Please contact us with your request. We charge a fee for extra towels.

Ironing

Please inform the owner of AlittA Guesthouse if you need ironing. We provide an ironing board and iron free of charge.

Washing / Ironing

If you would like your clothes washed or ironed, please let us know.

Please only request laundry that does not require special treatment.

Maintenance

If any equipment in the house is not working or needs repair, please notify the owner of AlittA Guesthouse.

International adapter

We provide an international adapter free of charge upon request.

You will find umbrellas at AlittA Guesthouse, but we can provide more upon request.

Baby bed

AlittA Guesthouse provides a baby cot free of charge upon request, by prior arrangement.

Pillow / blanket

We provide an extra pillow, blanket and memory foam pillow upon request.

Nordic walking stick

We can provide it for two people upon request.

Badminton

We can provide it for two people upon request.

Other tools

A toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and sewing kit can be requested from the owner of AlittA Guesthouse for an additional fee if you forgot to bring them.

AlittA Guesthouse provides its guests with towels, bathrobes, slippers, tea towels, kitchen paper towels, hand soap, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, coffee, tea and basic spices such as salt, pepper and sugar.

Pet

We love animals too, but we cannot accept pets.

Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their own behavior in and around the house. In the event of an accident, they will bear the consequences.
